My name is Matt Tucker and I started Small Systems because I love teaching people about business and about how to manage their data.

In the past, I have owned a small business (a bakery called From the Ground Up), taught financial management, and worked professionally in finance and accounting. I have a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, and a master’s degree in Community Development and Applied Economics, and I am a Certified Quickbooks ProAdvisor. In the food industry, I have been a cook, baker, waiter, food processor, and farmer.

I currently teach Accounting and Economics at the Community College of Vermont.
